Friendship Circle...
On Sunday, March 13, 25 special-needs children from The Friendship Circle came to Phillips Hardware in Delmar to build toolboxes and to just have a good time. The event was held in the rental area of John Phillips’ Delaware Avenue store, and the owner donated all the building materials.

Town Hall parapet...
